Senior Spotlight: Arianna

What are you most excited for this year?
I’m most excited about getting to college. It’s my last year and I’m ready to walk the stage and feel like a founder of Legacy. I’m excited about building new relationships and helping people as much as I can. I want to make the biggest impact I can while I’m here. I’m excited about the community work I’ll be doing this year. I’m excited about the shoes that will be left to fill once I graduate.

Which teacher or staff member has been most influential to you during your high school journey and why?
Ms. Baiyee has been the most influential. She pushed me to continue to come to school and do things to continue my education. Mr. McDade just came into my life this year and he’s making such a huge impact. He’s a very great teacher who inspires me to do more and be more.

What has been your favorite memory of high school up to now?
I was Timon in the Lion King and I had a great experience acting and being the student director. It was fun having that experience and it inspired me to want to continue acting.

What are your post-secondary plans and aspirations?
I want to go to college for marketing and business and I want to minor in theater because I think I can really go somewhere with that. I want to be on the tv screen.

What advice do you have for underclassmen as they start their high school career?
Don’t be afraid to take risks, make education your number one priority. Most people don’t understand the importance until it’s too late. Build connections and stay positive.
