KIPP Indy Unite Elementary is seeking a teacher to provide high-quality instruction for students in grades K-5. Teachers at KIPP Indy Unite Elementary are responsible for delivering effective, high-quality, rigorous instruction in their classroom that produces strong results and student understanding. Teachers will use data to inform their instruction and do whatever it takes for all students to learn. Teachers at KIPP Indy Unite are committed to leading and teaching through an anti-racist lens, will work to make their classrooms safe, joyful environments, and build relationships with their students to ensure every student can be successful.
Middle School Teacher
KIPP Indy College Prep is seeking a Middle School Literacy Teacher who will be responsible for providing high-quality literacy instruction. KIPP Indy Legacy High is looking for a highly dedicated educator who is passionate about physics, has a track record of instructional excellence, and is willing to continuously go above and beyond for students. KIPP Indy teachers are committed to leading and teaching through an anti-racist lens and are responsible for delivering effective, rigorous instruction in their content areas that produce high-quality results and student understanding.
Regional Role: Chief Administration Officer
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) will be an integral member of KIPP Indy’s senior leadership team. The CAO will oversee and lead key functional areas for KIPP Indy’s network of schools, including finance, accounting, compliance, technology, human resources, and risk management. The CAO will play an essential role in ensuring KIPP Indy Public Schools are equipped to prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose – college, career, and beyond – so they can lead fulfilling lives and create a more just world.
