Elementary Teachers
KIPP Indy Unite Elementary is seeking a teacher to provide high-quality instruction for students in grades K-5. Teachers at KIPP Indy Unite Elementary are responsible for delivering effective, high-quality, rigorous instruction in their classroom that produces strong results and student understanding. Teachers will use data to inform their instruction and do whatever it takes for all students to learn. Teachers at KIPP Indy Unite are committed to leading and teaching through an anti-racist lens, will work to make their classrooms safe, joyful environments, and build relationships with their students to ensure every student can be successful.
Middle School Teacher
KIPP Indy College Prep is seeking a Middle School Literacy Teacher who will be responsible for providing high-quality literacy instruction. Teachers at KIPP Indy College Prep are responsible for delivering effective, high-quality, rigorous instruction in their classroom that produces strong results and student understanding. Teachers will use data to inform their instruction and do whatever it takes for all students to learn. High School Teacher
KIPP Indy Legacy High is looking for a highly dedicated educator who is passionate about physics, has a track record of instructional excellence, and is willing to continuously go above and beyond for students. KIPP Indy teachers are committed to leading and teaching through an anti-racist lens and are responsible for delivering effective, rigorous instruction in their content areas that produce high-quality results and student understanding.
Regional Role: Assistant Director of Development & Communications
The Associate Director of Development and Communications (AD-DC) will play an integral role in ensuring KIPP Indy has the resources and supports to fulfill its mission. Reporting to the Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships, the AC-DC will play an essential role in the creation of a long-term, sustainable fundraising program and an external communications strategy that promotes a positive image of the organization.
As a member of the strategic partnerships team, this individual will support region-wide goals around building strong relationships with our external partners in service of our overall mission. This position will offer broad exposure to multiple aspects of fundraising and communications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience in fundraising and nonprofit management and a commitment to education.
